about Laughing Dragon Kung Fu Acadamy

  Laughing Dragon Kung Fu Acadamy is in Charlottesville, Virginia.  This place is located in 3006 Berkmar Dr.  It is a great place to workout, and one of the best Kung Fu school in Charlottesville, Va.  Instructor's name is Sifu Chris Goodbar, and he is a great person.  

  Sifu Chris Goodbar has other martial art skill as well, but he only teach Northern Kung Fu/Southern, and some Tai Chi.  His teaching also include Lion Dance training, which help us to gain strengh.  Sometimes he teaches Chinese drum, and it is fun to learn.

  Training is pretty brutal, it includes monkey walk, crocodile walk,  gorilla walk, jumping jack, hopping with one leg and etc.  Also  allot of stretches and ofcoarse he teaches forms and weapons.

The cat and a crow

  One day I was walking through the Four Seasons area, and I saw a cat chasing after a crow.  First the crow was scared, then the crow went in the air and air attack to the cat.  Then the cat got scared, which was pretty interesting.  It happened in the city of Charlottesville, Virginia where I live in.  From that I learned both creature has their own defensive mechanism.  It was one of my observation.  Studying animals character is one of my hobby.
